1. | Stop the following services: |
| • | OfficeScanNT Listener |
| • | OfficeScanNT RealTimeScan |
| • | OfficeScanNT Personal Firewall (if enabled) |

2. | Run regedit.exe and go to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services hive. Delete the following keys (if available): |

| Important: Before editing the registry, make sure you understand how to restore it if a problem occurs. For more information, view "Restoring the Registry Help" topic in Regedit.exe or "Restoring a Registry KeyHelp" topic in Regedt32.exe. Making incorrect changes to your registry can cause serious system problems. Always make a backup copy before making any registry changes. |

3. | Go to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \SOFTWARE\TrendMicro hive. Delete the following keys (if available): |
| Note: For 64-bit clients, look for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \SOFTWARE \Wow6432Node\TrendMicro. |

| • | OfcWatchDog |
| • | Pc-cillinNTCorp or OfficeScanCorp (depending on the client) |
| • | RemoteAgent |
| • | PC-cillin |
| • | CFW |
| |
4. | Go to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \SOFTWARE \Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run hive and the delete the key OfficeScanNT Monitor. |

5. | Delete the OfficeScan program group (Trend Micro OfficeScan Client) from the Windows Start menu. |
| |
6. | Go to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Uninstall registry key and delete the OfficeScanNT key. |
| |
7. | Restart the machine. |
| |
8. | Delete the directories that contain the OfficeScan client program files. |
